Chef and Owner Craig Fass explains why his hamburger meat is unlike any other hamburger meat.

“We are constantly pushing ourselves forward trying to come up with new fun stuff to do here. You can come in and get a hamburger, you can get a sandwich. The same amount of love is put into a salad, that’s put into a hamburger. It doesn’t matter to us, we want to make everything taste the best it can taste.
