Chef and Owner Shin Thompson gets furious with some ramen, in this one-on-one.

“Furious Spoon is a ramen-focused shop. We focus on the fresh, hand-crafted noodles with our noodle maker that’s imported from Japan. There’s three things that I look for when I go out to eat and that’s cheap, fast and good. If I can get that, then I’m happy… and I think a lot of people, in this neighborhood, feel the same way. They want a meal, relatively quickly and painlessly and they want it to be tasty.”
