“It’s a really small intimate room, it’s a great date spot. What we try to do with the food on the second floor is kind of very casual high-end dining. We’re going to be using the same quality ingredients and same high-end techniques as a fine dining restaurant would, but we present it in a more approachable way…

It’s just good food and that’s how I like to explain it. Coupled with good drinks and good service, that’s a place I’d like to be at.”
