“Prior to opening Butcher and the Burger I was in fine dining for nearly twenty-six years. My forte in the kitchen gravitated towards butchering. It’s the part of the kitchen that’s my true passion.

The complete uniqueness about the concept [Butcher and the Burger] is that you create everything you want for your burger. From picking the bun, to the meat itself, to the seasonings [if you’d like to have it seasoned] and all the toppings. We have probably close to  twenty five toppings that you can have on top of your burger. “
