Owner Lois Lee [Hot Woks Cool Sushi] sits down with us to talk about her latest restaurant, Asian Outpost.

“When you enter the restaurant you basically are taken back to a more rustic, vintage era. It’s kind of reminiscent of how these dishes were made. It really, really does appear that the fried chicken has become incredibly popular. It’s just really juicy, and I have a very thin batter on it, so I guess it’s the most healthy fried chicken you can have.”
